I did intervals today and the workout was not very good.  10x200m r:10.  Funny, I also went here after having the link up on my screen at work for a week — and Mr. Training Bible guy had a 5 part series on intervals.  It is worth the read.

Maybe I should be Going Long.  I could build my own winter plan with it and, if inclined, a IM plan that starts in March.
