I have started training for the 2014 season. It is two months earlier than each of the past two years. I won’t waste those months.
I will do yoga at least once a month and aim for twice a month.
I will incorporate at least one IM or butterfly set into my swim workouts per week.
I will run intervals at the track on Tuesdays as a regular part of my routine.
I will learn to run fast.
I will take advantage of the Y and swim during the offseason like it is May or June.
I will make a habit of intentional workouts. At the start of each workout, I’ll know what I’m trying to achieve during the workout and this will improve focus.
I’ll make trade offs with other aspects of life but I won’t make excuses.
